PARISH PLANNING MATTERS

HomeParish OrganisationsMeetings DIARYNOTICE BOARD

PLANNING

As a matter of routine the Parish Council is informed of any planning applications originating from the parish for their comments and observations, if any. The Parish Council do not have the power to approve or reject any plans - they merely act as a body, with close local knowledge, to advise the relevant Harrogate Borough Council
planning committee.

The Parish Council has sent a letter to HBC reflecting the comments and observations made by the public about the potential developement of three sites in Killinghall to accommodate 157 new dwellings.
